Parkland Memories Project

In honour of Canada’s 150th birthday, Parkland County Libraries and the Hills of Hope Historical Society invite you to submit your memories of Parkland County and reflections on what it means to be Canadian.

Topics could include:
  • What does being Canadian mean to you?
  • How do you think Canada has changed in the past 150 years?
  • How do you think Canada will change in the next 150 years?
Categories:

  • Individual submissions, including works of fiction, creative non-fiction (essay/memoir), or poetry
  • Group submissions from school classes or clubs (open to children/youth)

Winning entries will be published on an interactive website and be entered to win one of three prizes of $150! Entries are open to ALL AGES and the deadline to submit is July 1, 2017.

Submit your entry, along with your submission form, before July 1, 2017.
